The Pilot 24 is a fantastic travel accessory that provides battery power for your CPAP Machine in remote locations where mains power is not available in situations such as camping, road trips and during air travel.
The power rating is under 100wH, meaning it is OK with the FAA to take onboard and use on aircraft, BUT you must check with your airline first, as use is at their sole discretion.
USB Port
The built-in USB port it is capable of powering a variety of handheld electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets and cameras.
LED Flashlight
A convenient super bright LED flashlight is built into the Pilot 24 for your added convenience.
UPS
This battery also provides UPS functionality that will automatically switch over from AC Power to DC Battery Power without interrupting your sleep if you have a power cut during the night. How cool is that!
You can run the Hypnus, HealthGear and BMC Luna CPAP or Auto Machines with the humidifier active, however the battery run time will be significantly reduced to the point where it unlikely you will get even one nights. For this reason, we strongly recommend turning off the heated humidifier when using with this battery.
Actual Battery Performance (our tests)
Based on actual bench tests, using a BMC Luna machine running at a constant pressure of 10cmH20 (no patient breathing), these actual (not theoretical) results were achieved.

CAUTIONS
- Make sure the battery is NOT connected to a CPAP device while charging via car charger.
- Fully charge your Pilot 24 before storage and at least EVERY 6 MONTHS thereafter. Failure to do this will be considered negligence and will void the warranty.
