USED RESmart BPAP 25 Machine with Humidifier
This brand new intelligent BPAP machine is a Bi-Level constant pressure CPAP Machine designed for patients needing different pressure levels for inhalation and exhalation.
Typical uses would be for the clinical therapy of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Central Sleep Apnea (CSA) and/or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The BMC BPAP Series provides Non Invasive Ventilation (NIV) for patients requiring;
- Higher Treatment Pressures (up to 25cmH20)
- Lower Exhalation Pressures

Notes:
CPAP
Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, with the ability to set different Inspiration (IPAP) and Exhalation (EPAP) pressures.
Spontaneous Triggered (S Mode)
Typically used where there is no problem with patient’s lung function and patient plays a leading role in breathing. The machine provides airflow pressure based on patient’s breathing frequency.
Timed (T Mode)
Typically used for COPD or CSA patients who have lung problems. During therapy process, the machine leads the patient to breathe based on a pre-set safety frequency.
S/T mode
This is a combination of S and T modes, When the patient can breathe independently, the machine uses S mode, When the patient fails to breathe independantly, the machine will lead the patient to breathe using the T mode.
Important Notes
Bi-level (BPAP) machines need to set up strictly in accordance with the settings prescribed by a Respiratory Physician. Regular monitoring and supervision of patients using Bi-Level therapy is required.
