For customers who have NOT purchased a machine from us.
We will use the sleep therapy data file (Eg. USR data file) provided by you to us via email, to create a personalised Sleep Therapy Report using the data history captured by your CPAP device.
This report will be in a pdf format, and can be emailed or faxed to you, or your doctor or your sleep specialist.
This report will include your personal identifiable details including your date of birth, name, address / contact details.
Your doctor or sleep specialist can use this report to review your CPAP therapy treatment including compliance usage, treatment pressure, AHI and other related sleep data and is based on actual usage that can not be edited.
We recommend checking your sleep therapy progress, initially after 3 months, then every 12 months to ensure your treatment is still on track.
Price includes data download, printout and report emailed or faxed.

As you have not purchased a machine from us, we accept no responsibility for lack of use, incorrect machine settings or ongoing support and assistance. This is the responsibility of the company you originally purchased your CPAP machine from.
