Magnificent Service

I would like to comment on the magnificent service I have received from Christina.
From the initial call of purchasing the Luna IQ nearly twelve months ago to my concerns with the level of noise from the head piece when compared to the BMC i hired from my local pharmacy, she has been outstanding.

Incredibly patient, well spoken, never rushes me, she explains in layman's terms (sometimes repeatedly as I'm a bit slow on intake). I could go on with compliments.

To recommend a product to friends is easy but to say they have great customer service and genuinely want to help people is very rare these days.
