How can I get a Sleep Report?

On-Screen Sleep Therapy Data

Most machines will show you an on-screen summary of your sleep therapy data.
This is helpful to keep track of your performance and discuss any areas of concern with your support team.
Areas of concern would include an AHI which is consistently more than 5 events per hour or a mask leak of more than 50 litres/minute.

Sleep Therapy Reports

If you want to take an active role in your Sleep Therapy, good news!... we provide the same software used by Sleep Clinics free of charge for most Machines provided by us. These include;

  • BMC
  • HealthGear
  • Hypnus
  • Transcend

Typically the software plus soft copies of manuals and instructions are saved on the SD Card or USB memory stick supplied with your machine, or available as download links.

Remote Sleep Therapy Reports

In most cases, we can provide Sleep Therapy Reports remotely.

You may need to email us some files from your machine so we can send you the Sleep Therapy Report.

Is there an Apple/Mac version of the Software?

Unfortunately not. Most manufacturers including BMC and Transcend do not provide Apple/Mac versions of their sleep therapy software. However, there are third-party applications that can be installed on Apple/Mac computers to allow windows-based programs to run.
